1. When will my order arrive?

After your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email. Once your order is packed and shipping you will receive another email with tracking information.
New, unopened item(s) in original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be applied to original payment; shipping is not refundable.
To initiate a return simply email our customer service team at support@winslowandross.com or call during regular business hours M-F at 888-644-2284. Then follow these simple steps: Provide proof of purchase Provide reason for return Ship item(s) you wish to return, customer service will provide this information NOTE: shipping is the responsibility of the customer Once items are received a refund will be issued Wait, it takes 7-10 days for a refund to show up in your account

Winslow and Ross® warrants their product(s) to be free from defects for the stated timeframe. Winslow & Ross will replace any defective product at no cost to you. This warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or alteration of any kind. To file a warranty claim simply contact customer service at 888-644-2284 or support@winslowandross.com, along with proof of purchase and reason for claim. Once the claim as been reviewed, if the damage falls under the warranty statement a replacement will be sent to you at no additional charge.
The applicable warranty can be found on the original packaging. The length of warranty varies by item from 0-10 years. If you do not have the original packaging you can check our website or contact customer service at 888-644-2284 or support@winslowandross.com.
